What is the warranty on your products?
A: There is a 90 day warranty on all of our products against factory defects. An e-mail notification is required. Providing a return authorisation is issued, no shipping charges are payable. Any shipping charge associated with a returned item without RA# is at the sender's expense. Topshapefitness will e-mail the customer a return label for warranty service within the first 90 days after delivery. (24/7 phone answering service will be soon available)

How do I cancel an order?
A: Orders placed by 11 AM CST, Monday – Friday, will ship the same day.
Therefore, if you need to cancel an order please  email us prior to 12 noon Central time.

Orders placed Friday afternoon, Saturday or Sunday:
please email by Sunday evening . The time and date of your email dispatch will be confirmed by return email. We will make every effort to locate the order and cancel it. In case you notify us after the item has been picked up by the carrier we may be able to make arrangements to have the order turned around and sent back to our warehouse. If we incur any additional shipping charges we will need to bill you.



How do you manage Exchanges?
A:
If you received a faulty item and need to exchange it for the same item, contact our Customer Service by email to request a replacement. If you would like to exchange an item for a different one, please return the original item (you will be refunded your original purchase price once we receive the item) and place another order for the item you wish to purchase. You do not have to wait for us to receive the original item before placing the new order.

Can I get help?

A: Instructions of a technical nature will be referred to our warehouse manager in Katy, Texas, who will be available for telephone support. Please email us first, so we can set up a support call. Normal email response time on business days is 12 hours. Acknowledgements (not automated responses)  are sent within this time. Ask for this number as required.


When should I expect my refund?
A: It takes us 3 to 5 business days to process returns once they arrive at our warehouse. You will receive an email to the address on file, confirming your refund.

What if my shipment is lost by the carrier?
A: In the unlikely event that a carrier loses your order, for your convenience TSF will send a replacement order to you (the customer) immediately after you notify us. We will handle all claims with the carrier. If a carrier only delivers part of your order, make sure to notify us ASAP.

Can I track my shipment?

A: Please notify us by email if you wish to be provided with your shipment tracking instructions and relevant numbers.

A: You understand and agree that the owners of this site shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, data or other intangible losses (even if the owners of this site have been advised of the possibility of such damages), resulting from the use or the inability to use the product(s) and or service(s) or any misuse of the product(s) and or service(s) in a manner not in accordance with their intended use.
