There is a 90 day
warrantee on all of our products against factory defects. Please email us or create a support ticket, so that we can issue a Return Authorization (RA#). Items
without an RA # will not be accepted by our warehouse. The warehouse will email the customer a return
label for warranty service within the first 90 days. Any shipping charge
associated with a returned item due to
no RA# is at the sender's expense.
Return Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Shipping charges are not refundable. The returned product must be in new and unused condition, in the original box with all the documentation, parts and accessories to ensure full credit. "New and unused" means sale-able condition, not dirty and unwashed. Please understand: We cannot accept returns of an item with any indications that it has been used.
We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Items should be returned in their original product packaging. Returns without a Return Authorization (RA#) from us will not be accepted by our warehouse.
Items in boxes that are opened or returned more than 30 days after delivery will receive a partial refund, i.e. a 25% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund. Items that are used and cannot be resold as NEW will receive a partial refund, i.e. a 50% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.
Partial Refunds
· Most items that are returned more than 30 days after delivery.
· Any item that has any signs of use.
· Any item not returned in the condition it was received.
If I need to return an item, how do I do it?
You must notify us and ask for a return authorization number. Federal Express is our recommended carrier.
If you need a FedEx return label, let us know and include your email address. If you use this mailing label and the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.), we will pay the return shipping costs.
If you use this mailing label and your return is NOT the result of our error, the shipping cost of that returned item will be deducted from your refund. The amount deducted will be equivalent to the original shipping.
Shipping Policy
Except for those products where price includes shipping, this is our shipping charge rate:
USA coverage: add US$55.00 to price.
Canada coverage: add US$75.00 to price.

Preferred carriers are FedEx and UPS. the cheapest trsnport rates will be selected, unless otherwise requested. Generally, parcels in USA are delivered wihtin 3-4 days of dispatch. Most products will leave the warehouse on day of order received or the following day. Discounts on shipping: For Texas and California addresses, shipping will be a maximum of only USD40:00 on any single article.
Shipping charge for each small article is $8 to any N. American destination.
Shipping time will depend on destination. The most economical rates will be chosen, unless otherwise requested. Average shipping time allowance in North America will be 2-4 days from day of purchase, depending on locality and product.
Damaged Goods Policy
What if my shipment is damaged?
Despite our best efforts, items may occasionally become damaged in transit. Carriers are responsible for damaged items and we will process the claim with the carrier.
Delivery date will be verified with the carrier.
TSF must be notified within 6 days of delivery about any damaged shipments.
If damage is not notified within 6 days, then you may only apply to return the item in used and/or damaged condition, at your own shipping expense, and subject to the returns conditions
